1 · Publisher
Muuse Cycle is published by Muuse — Anne Vergnol (sole proprietor). These terms govern access to and use of the Muuse Cycle mobile Application.
2 · Purpose
The Application offers personalized support for the menstrual cycle, perimenopause and menopause: symptom tracking, nutritional and well-being advice, editorial content, and the conversational coach Éllia.
3 · Account
Use requires the creation of an account via Google or Apple. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials.
4 · Medical content — disclaimer
The Application provides content for informational and educational purposes only. It in no way replaces a medical consultation. For any therapeutic decision, please consult a healthcare professional.
5 · Subscription
Muuse Premium — access to premium features (unlimited Éllia, premium content, advanced statistics) via a monthly or annual subscription managed through the App Store.
Free trial: 7 days free to try Muuse Premium. If you don't cancel at least 24 h before the end of the trial, the subscription starts automatically at the chosen rate.
Pricing: monthly and annual prices are shown in the app before any purchase and may vary by country.
Billing: payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-renewal: the subscription automatically renews at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 h before the end of the current period. The renewal amount is charged within 24 h prior to the end of the current period.
Manage & cancel: you can manage your subscription and turn auto-renewal on or off anytime from iPhone Settings → [Your name] → Subscriptions.
Refunds: no refunds can be issued by Muuse. Any request must be made directly to Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com.
6 · Intellectual property
The content (texts, illustrations, “Muuse” brand) belongs to Muuse — Anne Vergnol. Any reproduction without authorization is prohibited.
7 · Liability
Muuse strives to provide a quality service but cannot be held liable for technical interruptions or for decisions taken based on the information displayed.
8 · Changes
These terms may evolve. Any substantial change will be notified in the Application.
9 · Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall fall under the competent courts of the publisher's registered office.
